3. Do you accept custom orders?

4. What are the payment options available?
At Neena Arts, we offer a range of secure and convenient payment options to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. Customers can pay using major debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet services through our trusted payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and safe, ensuring the highest level of security for your personal information. Currently, we do not support cash on delivery (COD).
5. Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship our handmade artworks to every corner of India. No matter where you’re located. We use DTDC courier services, known for their reliable and wide delivery network across the country. All orders are carefully packed and shipped with a tracking number, so you can monitor the journey of your package until it arrives. While we currently do not offer international shipping, we’re happy to serve our Indian customers with prompt and secure deliveries.
6. How long does delivery usually take?
For the artworks, we usually take 7–8 days to complete the piece with the attention and detail it deserves. Once finished, the delivery process may take up to 5 additional days, depending on your location. So in total, you can expect your custom order to reach you within 12–13 days from the date of confirmation. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process!
7. Is international shipping available?
At present, Neena Arts does not offer international shipping. We currently deliver only within India.

13. What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged or broken?
If your artwork arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving the package. Kindly share a clear unboxing video or photos showing the damaged part so our Quality Control team can assess it.
