We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

• The product received does not match the item you selected while placing the order.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

• Our return policy is applicable within 12 hours of receiving your product.

• Returns are eligible only in cases of:

  • Damaged product

  • Incorrect product delivered

To process the return, please send us a video of the unboxing (compulsory) or clear images of the damaged or incorrect item immediately upon opening the package. This helps our Quality Control Team evaluate the issue.

Once your return is approved:

• A reverse pickup will be arranged through our courier partner.

• A replacement of the correct product will be shipped once the damaged product is collected.

• The entire process usually takes 4–5 working days.

If a replacement is not available, a discount coupon equal to the product value (excluding taxes and delivery charges) will be issued for your next purchase on our website and the coupon code will be valid for a duration of 1 month from the date of issue of coupon code and coupon codes are issued within 2 to 5 business days after your return is received and approved.

Refund Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds.

• Refunds will be provided in the form of discount coupon codes, which are issued within 2 to 5 business days after your return is received and approved. And can be used to purchase another product from our website. The issued coupon code will be valid for 1 month from the date of issuance.

• No cash or bank refund will be processed under any circumstance.
